barca, i tink its cheong taiko ler.... thanx arkaine...i saw PROMOTE spoiler fitted onto an aeroback....more than once even...but they need to skim the kaki lor...and it's better u really wanted to use them...fit them on without the kaki...the black kaki as u can refer on my pic....it looks reasonably well... |

kazami, prepare bout 400 for custom side n rear skirts...my advice, don't need to do those..unless ur REALLY into ur car
kevyeoh, 1.8 certainly a legal upgrade from 1.5....without any illegal mods (bodykits, HID, lowered), u can even get it approve without a runner...FYI, i will transplant the 1.8DOHC i bought from a putra very soon....however, due to the mods i did to my car...i need a runner for ensure that my car get endorse legally for the engine transplant.... azuma-kun, thanx a lot for the kind comments...if i saw u waving at me...i will make sure i stop and greet you too..standard procedure to accept kind comments and compliment....i will definitely pass by lowyat main entrance in the morning (10pm or 11pm) daily except my off day... |

aikks...i causes a stir in this thread it seems....sorry sorry...let me clarify...PROMOTE bumper and skirting is okay....
i've done some mods which will gime some prob during inspection...its not convenient for me to state it clearly as i read n understand that forumers are not allow to state any illegal mods in the forum....but it got sumthing to do with my custom fibre hood, spoiler, tinted, lowered til coke can can enter, and etc etc.... no worries guys...go ahead with bodykits mod but dun replace metal part with fibre stuff and no widebody please... |

yeah...money can solve those prob...but now my prob is...how to get money?
hahaha...chill guys....go on with discussion bout our beloved wira...bumper crack, mishap or rosak common geh lar...especially if we use aftermarket stuff...the more aftermarket stuff u use...the higher chance of prob.... the reason i say this is most after market stuff has bad QC...especially bodykits we are tokin bout here....they are not accurately made...so the more inaccurate stuff we put on....the more gaps, holes, and mishap we will notice..juz to share my 2 cents..peace out every1 azuma, u live in cheras? come on join our TT session every tuesday 10pm at shell pandan indah! QUOTE(Azuma-kun @ Aug 4 2007, 06:42 PM) I have a question here. Last thursday, i drive around 140mk/h and i feel my car sway left and right. The road is dry as no rain on that day. the road is straight smooth flat road? bumpy? most probably, balancing and alignment needed to be adjusted/corrected (most tyres shop)...suspensions and springs must take into count as well when ur car movement is effected by the bus (change to sports spring/abs or adjustables)...When i pass a bus, i can feel that my car like have been push to the right. Is there any problem with tyres? at some point, it's natural to have those scenarios when STOCK wira is goin at 140km/h... hope my 2 cents will help...cheers and peace out |

QUOTE(Killerz622 @ Sep 10 2007, 04:35 PM) I think the subaru spoiler on that wira is called the promote spoiler... yup...it's PROMOTE spoiler (designed by subi influenced by subaru fishtail spoiler)...PROMOTE(lyn user) car has this spoiler i guess..... My fav is the Aero Spoiler aka Wira SE spoiler....Looks kinda nice and not beng i'm using that on my car in Monash Autoshow...not changing anytime soon i guess...quite happy with the aerodynamics and down-force at high speed... |
