Currently I am living in Dhaka, the main city of Bangladesh for my job. I am trying to get to know the people here and I think ride sharing is the most effective way to do so.

Uber has arrived here not so long ago. Maybe a year or two. Anyway, here in this very overpopulated city, I am having the honor of being a uber driver, not the passenger. The problem is i try to take a passenger on my way to work but I cannot see where the passenger wants to go to before accepting his/her request.

How is it over there? do you also face the same or is it the Uber policy in Bangladesh?

I believe Uber have this "Set Destination" feature that you can use. Just key in your workplace as a destination and Uber will give jobs that headed your way...

Uber is the same all over the world, where the job destination is hidden before accepting it. In Malaysia, we call the riders and ask, although the practice is frown upon by Uber actually.

FYI... Uber no longer in Msia... It has been bought by GRAB. We wish you all the best.
