 Use Win 10 w/o activation & Evaluations 90 days, Legal or not in Business?

Windows 10 functions w/o activation cuma people can see your desktop got watermark "Activate Windows Go to Settings to activate Windows"

Evaluations Windows 10 Enterprise allow usage of 90 days, https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/evalcenter/...s-10-enterprise
Including the clean LTSC version.
( means company will re-install Windows 10 Enterprise every 90 days, or rearm them to extend until cannot rearm )

My questions is, are they legal to use in business?

Are there any intellectual property court case regarding using unactivated Windows OS or trial Windows OS in business environment?
