Dear Maxis...recently, I keep getting calls from random strangers that say they got my Missed Call. Ask me who is this and what is this about. The problem is, I've never made any calls to these people. And it is not 1 person, but quite a few people.

I called your customer service to tell them about this. I ask them could there be a fraud or security breach in your system that allowed others to tap on my number in your system to make calls. They just said they don't see anything wrong....checked the number and it is only associated to 1 person's name (my name). Which is a super surface check for such an odd and weird case. They said they can't do anything as they can't block all 3rd parties from calling me. Of course I am not that stupid to ask you to block all calls right...might as well terminate the line. Basically, they can't do much but asked me to either:

1. Change my number - I have using this number since the begging of time. Which will be a big hassle to change. And I need to inform the whole world again on my new number.
2. Make Police Report - I am not sure will police entertain me if I go and make a report as I did not get any threatening calls. And I don't think police report will fix the issue.

I still think this is something really strange and you guys need to look into this seriously.
