 Fedex problem again., What should I expect ?

Hi guys, my fedex tracking stated this "description provided is insufficient to classify commodity". Prior to this att 10am I received an email from Fedex asking to provide a description , which I did. Then an hour ago when I checked tracking , it's still hasnt cleared kastams and showed me the "description provided is insufficient to classify commodity". I haven't received any emails or calls yet fRom fedex (been an hour since they've updated the tracking only) but what should I expect from this and if so how should I handle this? Thanks

Since the information is send to Fedex it would take some time to reach customs and for customs to update the status.

What kind of information you send? I would suggest sending the purchase invoice.

Thanks for the reply. I thought so too at first but then fedex sent me an email regarding required info at 7am, I replied the said email at 9am and the tracking number stated "description sent to customs" and at 2pm they updated on the tracking progress as "description provided insufficient to classify commodity"

Maybe I should wait until tomorrow lol.

They sent me an email asking for an item description, then I replied the email with "camping equipment foldable knife". Should I have used the word "tools" instead of "equipment"? Kinda anxious since this package is a gift from a dear friend of mine.
