No, all the D series here is not entitle for HOC bro. But all the fees is exempted...except MOT.

D'QUINCE do not meet the HOC requirement?

To fullfil Hoc requirement, developer need give 10% rebate...and some other requirement...and phase 1 phase 2 almost sold out, so no reason for them to participate maybe?

Have seen work started for this Project. Wood signage is up and see Structuring/Piling work starting soon. Not too sure is it called Foundation work. Those putting Big square stones to pressure the weight on the ground or so.. =)

No HOC for Central Park Damansara Project. This includes Dquince, Dvervain, Dcosmos and etc. 1st two is almost fully sold out, therefore no HOC.

Btw, I am not agent, Just went for the sales gallery inside Empire City to know about all this information so can shared with you all.

HOC is normally to help those Unsold units. For D series, it's already so hot selling and selling below market value.
