Schneider Electric is a big company and they carry a lot of products, you'll have be to be more specific with your question.

What position?

What product that you'll be focused on?

Office location that you'll be placed at?

Just don't join their management trainee programme, they'll most probably allocate you to sales related position.

I heard the programme is a massive failure and slated to be discontinued.

I'm not sure if you're serious about this or just gonna sit and wait for people here to spoon feed you with answers.

-----------------------------------------------

However if you're genuinely serious about getting feedback about SE from the LYN community here;

Sometimes it'll be a lot helpful to answer some questions that are directly related to your query.

Don't expect people here to spoon feed you with answers; You put in some effort, and other forummer here will do to.
