After using this phone for a few months, kinda regret getting the Crystal colour. A bit too eye catching. Thought it’ll be a good head turner, but a bit too much attention. Should have gotten the black one. Lol

Is it just me or the screen protector is causing blurriest to my camera? Few occasion when I wanna snap a quick photo, viewfinder is kinda blur. Had to wipe the screen protector on the lens the it’s better. Tempted to just remove the screen protector but I feel insecure pula.

Yea. Been looking at Nilkin’s casing for it, most of it it’s softcase type, prefer a hard case like the Ringke that I’m using. Shall look around for another decent hardcase that is not transparent.

On the back camera. It is sapphire glass right? If it is imma remove the screen protector.

I'm using Ringke Fusion. But my phone colour attracting too much attention. So i bought Spigen case.

Yea, if you want clear cases, you can check out Ringke, Spigen. If you wan better protections, go for UAG (more expensive), Spigen Armor, Ringke Fusion.

Did u apply any screen protector on ur lens? I notice it kinda makes my photo looks blurry. Maybe coz of the smudges. I removed mine and it looks much better. 😁

Been trying to sell off my wireless charging case. 5 months still no buyer. Saw a cheap wireless charger that day on Lazada. Incl shipping just RM15.1. Took the plunge and bought the charger.

Guys any advice on this? I go to sim management. Turn toggle off and on. Still the same. Restart phone. Removed sim card and reinsert still the same.

Checked with my friends on u mobile, theirs no issue.

Have to wait 30 minutes then restart and see.

Most recent update or installation is the Huawei app gallery update, and one game called Game of Survival. Don't think it's due to that too.

Guys. Got some technical question. I'm using p30. And it supports 22.5W supercharge. Meaning 5A/4.5V.

I'm looking to buy one if those Aukey / Anker wall charger. If it supports up to 30W or 40W output, then does supercharge kicks in?

I'm planning to buy one of those Aukey / Anker charger to charge my other devices like Wireless buds, Wireless speaker, beard trimmer. Would be good if it supports supercharge. Then when I travel I can just bring this 1 wall charger.

Just bought the Anker powerport which have Quick charge 3.0. Using it to charge my P30.



So meaning it supports Huawei's quick charge protocol right? If it does not, what color does it appears as?

Tried using a low powered powerbank. It's appearing green colour as well. But the word below just mention charging. When plugged to this Anker qc3 port, the wording below is quick charging. So it supports Huawei's scp la kan?

Edit, just found out there is 3 type. Charging, Quick Charging and Super Charging.

Tried using below output ports from my old PB, Huawei SCP PB and the Anker QC3.0 device.

Old PB (5V 2.4A) = charging word
Huawei SCP PB = super charging word
Anker powerport (max 18.5W with ugreen cable that supports SCP) = quick charge word

Mine is P30, none pro version. So it's only 22.5W.

.177 on P30 is a huge battery drain for me, not sure why. I'm on the same usage pattern.

Usually when I go to sleep at 30%, the next day morning, I will have roughly 24% or 25% left. But yesterday, at 32% I went to sleep, now it's only 9% left! Same usage pattern, I keep my PESCC and Whatsapp running at the background running when I go to sleep, didn't have any extra app running.

Recently I noticed my WhatsApp folder is missing. I'm using Google photo. I've check both Google Photo and the stock gallery. WhatsApp folder is not in both of it.

I've checked the whatsapp folder, there is no .nomedia file in it. Also WhatsApp media visibility is turned on.

I'm not sure what's causing it.

But recently I've installed WhatsApp business app. Not sure if it might cause this issue. My album is now showing WhatsApp business image folder, not the default WhatsApp image folder. Hmm

Edit. After doing deep search in Files app. There is some .nomedia file. Deleted them. Now it showing already.

Anyone here tried going to Huawei Service Center and do the RM99 battery change before? Should we back up everything on our phone first? Thinking to change my battery so it can tahan 1 more year.

Or the technician will do the backup for us Incase anything go south?

when is our final security update for P30 ah? I'm still using this P30, planning to change it around October.
