Just updated to p30. Anyone feel that the WhatsApp like Cacat a bit. Saw logo on top got txt receive but need wait 2-3s only the message come out. Sent out also same. Setting problem?

Hey guys, i tried to reply whatsapp message by swiping down the notification and press the instant reply symbol while i was gaming. When i tried to press the reply symbol, nothing happen. I have to completely open whatsapp App and reply. Any idea why I can't reply whatsapp message instantly?
