Hey guys, i noticed that when i never touch my phone (p30 pro) for one .. two or more hours, my Whatapp wouldn't refresh until i wake my phone up.. worst is whatapp call my phone wouldn't ring...

Same with you all or there is some setting or is phone feature (deep sleep well to save battery) blush.gif ?

Try to not allow battery optimisation for whatsapp... go to setting>apps>apps>click 3 dot, choose special access>battery optimisation>choose all apps in the drop menu>whatsaap>not allowed smile.gif

Others too ... when my phone idling for some times it will go into very deep sleep... message will only come in when i turn on my screen...

Just to ensure please check following settings first.

Go to settings and search for following. Can use the search bar to find it.

1. Smart data saver - make sure it is turn off
2. More battery settings - first settings should be turned on.

want to ask, does anyone face the same issue :

1) when i pull my screen down to reveal search bar. I will key in my search item, but most of the time it freezes and then a prompt to "wait/close" comes out.


In short, my Search freezes

how to fix this ya?
