can, iirc airasia policy that only 3rd trimester requires letter from dr that u are safe to fly. You will also need to fill a release form.
short flight i think no issue but long flight is highly not recommended if u are in the third trimester.

haha. so harsh meh. but some how i still not recommend to take flight. Pregnancy journey is so unpredictable. No insurance Coverage some more. So risky.

My missus took a grand total of 19 flights during the 3rd trimester of her pregnancy.

The last one being 4 days before she was due to deliver.

Every airline has ther own policy. The easiest is to ask the flight companny before booking. We flew in the 3rd trimster of pregnancy and had no problems.
The doctor will check for anything that can increase your risk such as diabetis or high bloodpressure. If they find a risk factor they will not sign your letter and you will not be allowed to fly thus wasting the flight ticket. We booked a ticket before getting pregnant so we didn't know but if you know it up front i'd avoid it.
