yes.. i just do this video which nt in my wrking scope and NO ADDITIONAL XTRA MONEY given from my employer.. this is voluntery wrk.. should b oso working for free in doing this video.. that is why asking such.. so just asking.. i dont thk is a harm to asking.. if DONT have then is OK.. this is forum so thinking to ask so.. and if im a milionaire i would gif out free gifts.. and i think that is MANY FREE VIDEO EDITING PROGRAM which i found too...

Those are not FREE video editing, those are with watermarks or pirated copies which means illegal.

Personally I use open source FFMPEG to extract frames from MP4 video but I heard you can record, convert and stream video with FFMPEG too.

I use command-line utility FFMPEG.exe in my MP4 conversion programming project.

There are a lot of free software out there you know. Blender is one of them. It can be used to edit video but is it better than dedicated software, I don't know.

It's free forever. It's a popular 3D making software. You can search on youtube. People donate to the blender org to fund the development.
