Hey guys

I have serve acne breakouts and I tried everything I cant from washing my face twice a day with different brands and tried taking probotiocs recommended by doctors as well as antibiotic but none seems to work and my acne still grow.

Once I wake up every morning there will be new acne about 2 to 4 each day. I cant hold it anymore.

What should I do? Who should I look for?
Is that any recommended place that I can go? Is it expensive?
