why i got suspended + warned twice on the same day, without letting me know what i did wrong

i got suspended twice on the same day,.. with 2 times warning,.. but i don't even know what i did wrong and what i was warned about,.. below is the screen shot
yesterday goldfries had remove one of the warning, telling me it's technical glitch,.. but still not telling me why i was suspended for or warned of,... even though i did pm asking him for several times,.. how do u teach or warn people, without even letting people know what they was punished for ??? |
