I've been offered a S10 which is "lucky draw" set. Obviously discount applies.

I'm trying to be as wary as possible. WIth the phone IMEI I managed to confirm Maxis is not locking the phone but every other Telco : Celcom, Digi, Umobile is not able to check the IMEI to confirm or deny it is under contract.

Is there a way?

BY the way the phone is un-registered warranty at Samsung.
