Dont believe this ranking as funny thing is HK and Singapore which renowned for this is not even in the list
Country & city also cannot differentiate...Its not apple to apple comparison 😁
Subang Jaya is the 8th most densely populated city

Dense city is either like mont kiara/HK or a slum. Those cities in the lists are more like slums.

subang jaya IS NOT A CITY to begin with.
Only Shah Alam and Petaling Jaya are officially cities within Selangor. for someone that claimed to be academically profound, the lack of methodology sharing in derived of such finding is appalling and sent a wrong message to the readers. I am questioning the real agenda for such info sharing. |

QUOTE(nexona88 @ Jul 18 2019, 08:02 PM) within HKG and SINGAPORE there are banyak cities within.again the City wasn't clearly defined or shared in this finding. the last check, MPSJ consisted of both Subang (incl USJ PUTRA HEIGHTS) and Puchong have over 500k registered voters. Petaling Jaya (included anything with Damansara address, PJ only) also about the same number of voters. Shah Alam also about the same number of voters. |

High population was due to the cheap price of landed freehold 22X75 sold at 80-120K that was launched by the thousands.
Now the prices are around 700-1000K. |

QUOTE(nexona88 @ Jul 19 2019, 10:40 AM) Register voters? I only quoted what I know.U know many are not in voters list right.. Best is use statistics department information... some councils don't have numbers of rate payers as in public info. also many also don't have actual habitants even thought they know the principle rate payers, unless its strictly take numbers from census which only happens 5 or more years once????? |

pJ population macam unchanged for the past 3 to 5 yrs at 500k.
but subang Jaya (which include Puchong) jumped 3 folds.....in the past 3 to 5 yrs..... and majority of Subang is still more landed than highrises. subang to me doesn't feel like a 1.6mil population city. |
