-Oversupply from developers
-Alot of cheap homes supply from gomens -Many resell below launch price -Many goes to auction -Even subsidized homes goes to auction -People are no longer stupid to buy overpriced -Income no increase All this never happen like crazy at the same time before. Btw what do u meant the 'future'? 10 years? Yes goes up, a little, but nothing like in 2012. |
