i decided not to watch this one... knowing it will be "slow and classic"...!

i wanted to leave my impression of tolkien as i know him - from the long extras in Lord of The Rings (found on the BD's).

in those documentaries, a lot was shown about his life, his service in WWI, how all his friends died the war...

how the war horrors came to his writing of LOTR, e.g. what Isengard, Saruman and the orcs' destructive nature stood for in the modern world.

still remember a lot of it....

That is why this movie beautifully done.

Not by beautifying war, and I am alibiing here, how Tolkien's psyche survive the War to End All War by processing the War into Fantasy, which became his works... Am I making sense.

You will be surprise who inspired the "Sam's" character. The "British" sense of "duty"

The legal route is from Netflix (they do shown some 4K movies) and bluray disk from stores/Amazon

Just watch John Wick 3 and I will say is totally a bullshit movie. Don’t even know what the heck I am watching. Big failure

13 Reasons Why - Now in Season 3. Still in watching ...

My 2nd favor Netflix show after "The Stranger Things".

This probably the most controversial film ever release by Netflix where a lot people want it to be stop.

Also the only film I ever watch came with warning and the only show do worldwide counseling.

The main reason this film is to alert on what is happening now especially in school but due to too many sensitive talk with some disturbing scenes where even happen real case after season 2 where a teenager actually following the end of scenes in season 2 and shotgun his study school and make some people dead and he admit he was following the show ... ...

13 Reasons Why talk about nearly everything, from suicide, rapist, bullies, psychopath, pervert, gay, lesbian, abuser, drug, lying, sex, kinky, hates, anger, gun, killer, broken family, depression, guilt, threaten, revenge, race, gender equality, dead and secrets ...

MIB International is disappointing....

after so long, that's all they can come up with?!

chris hemsworth and liam neeson couldn't save it.

a forgettable movie. 2/5.




John Wick 3 Parabellum... i like this one!

as good as John Wick 2014... a neo noir film... dark theme, plenty of action, gore, some humor.

nice to see many familiar faces besides keanu reeves - halle berry (storm/x-men), lawrence fishburne (matrix), mark dacascos (brotherhood of the wolf), jerome flynn (bronn in GOT).

and a few indon fighters (from The Raid), incl yayan ruhian. 3.5/5.

John Wick series is somewhat like Tarrantino's works - Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill 1&2 - either u like them or u hate them!

the ending points to John Wick 4.... but before that I think we will see Keanu Reeves back in MATRIX 4 first.

i watched this MOON 2009 a couple of years ago.

and yes, it is good. an excellent syfy movie.

but it is under rated.

I haven't watch any John Wick yet, not sure why I miss it, haha! I got all 3 of it now, will choose to watch it some weekend.

I had finished 13 reasons why season 3. Season 3 is better than Season 2 but the best still Season 1.
I had a feeling the show probably will end on Season 4.

ALADDIN 2019 is quite good - delightful, musical, great for family.

will smith shines in this one, his usual funny side comes out very well. 3/5.

Horror romance. To me, putting this movie in the paranormal or horror category alone is a mockery to it. I feel it leans more to mystery/romance

Finish watching X-Men: Dark Phoenix. 3 Star.

It actually ain't bad if it is a standalone show BUT this Dark Phoenix had totally destroy the possibility to join back the Origin X-Men story-line.

The story of Dark Phoenix some how very wrong. Acting and CGI no issue but the story.
