Do I need to insert landlord info into the sublet tenancy ?  lanlord need to sign?

Really need to stamp? I am cheapstake. Wanted to save some money too on stamping.

But the sublet agreement my landlord ask me specific I sub-lessor prohibited to sub-sublet again. So the tenancy sure cannot follow exatly like the original tenancy agreement. ( Where sublet allowable upon landlord approval)

I have her voice recording ( Wechat ) that she agree the tenanct sublet to me. verbal approval is equally good with written approval.
