Hi, found there are multiple unauthorized devices connected to my home wifi and I want to know if there any loopholes that causing this.

Here is my home setup
1) using unifi lite
2) using ZTE ZXHN H267A modem from TM
3) I setup another wifi access point using bridge mode with my old streamyx DSL-2750E Dlink modem

the unauthorized devices are all connected through the access point of my Dlink model, is there a bug that allow them to hack it? all of them are using xiaomi phone....
Attached Image

now i try to block them by increase the firewall level to high and block their mac address. Did i do it correctly?
and is modem default password is good enough? now the default password are using serial number unlike last time all using same password

1. Change your WiFi name
2. Change your WiFi password to WPA2
3. Disable WPS

Don't ask me how to do those things. RTFM or google

If you use WEP on the 2750E or any modem for that matter than it is easily hacked.

Of course, after that, if you get "kind" neighbours dropping by to enquire if you're having problems with your Unifi, then bingo!

And seriously, that's exactly what happened after I helped my friend re-secure her wifi after noticing 10(!) unknown devices connecting to her router!

Use WPA2 only. Do not use WPA
Your 2750E has KRACK vulnerability. And no, it's not something that can be fixed

Also invest on better routers

And make sure WPS is disabled on those routers. New or old

I wonder, how far people can hack our router?
just get password to join? or can even access router to remove themself from blacklist?

If they know how to hack your WiFi connection, they will be able to hack your router as well.
