Hi guys! Finally, it happened - after 12 years of smoking, I decided to quit. I know it's gonna be a very long and difficult way. But is there anybody who has already quit? Do you have any advice for a beginner? It's my first try and I'd like it to be the last one. I found a couple of quit smoking guides (like this one https://vapingdaily.com/quit-smoking/), do you think they are useful? And btw do you think it's better to start vaping? Anyway, I have a lot of questions and also would like to read tour own stories.

Almost all major government hospital are equipped with stop smoking clinic. They will provide you a chewing gum for nicotine replacement with graded dosage so you can minimize the withdrawal symptoms. You can save quite some buck since its a subsidized programme (for now).

Good luck.
