Household 2 storey house below 700k nearby kl?, Any recommendations for 2 story House

Hi all,

Is there any recommended new 2 storey house below 700k that is near to kl? Currently work at area around klcc, I don't mind to stay far abit eg Kajang, semenyih etc. But would like to know what would be the best choice if I have a budget of 700k? Thanks in advance

Well if weekend home is okay..
Stay & travel daily basis... Earlier days ok.. later on u feel tired... Feels regret why u buy so far from work place...

Sendayan is farer than seremban.
Seremban two is close to the highways to North and to South Malacca. Besides, seremban is the state capital of n9 too so expect good amenities.

Subsales : Taman OUG, Taman Yarl and Happy Garden area.

New : Serenia, Elmina and if you prefer something more closer to nature Kuala Kubu Bharu, RM500k will get you a brand new 22x85 DSL and you can get to KL Sentral by KTM Kommuter within an hour or by car in under 1.5hrs to KLCC on a Monday morning via Serendah, Selayang and then Jalan Kuching. Lower cost of living too as you can still find a rice, chicken and drink meal for RM4.

I think cheras area old house (some 10-30 year old house) u could get for less than rm 700k

Bandar sungai long, mahkota cheras, balakong area.
Kajang easily..
Even places like sungaibuloh

Semenyih seremban sendayan cyberjaya is much further.

Ask urself can u stretch ur budget? Becos subsale 700k u prepare to fork up mot, lauyar fee and lauyar bank fee all those easliy need to add in another 30-50k.


Not to factor in differential sum of 10% which is 70k

Be prepared if lu mau subsale

Taman Tasik Semenyih..

A lot of 2 storey bungalow selling less than rm700k...even for a nicely full renovated one.

kajang is still a manageable driving if go out by 630am, seremban can take those 6am bus trips and sleep all the way to KL, sepang is a little stretching it, but damn puncak alam is a no no shakehead.gif unless you're willing to spend at least 3 hrs a day on the road

But NS is another state already.. not kl or selangor..

I like the space too.. but driving distance.. when masa Balik kerja.. already nak tidur.. nak cepat cepat Balik rumah.. it defeats the purpose of owning a house la.

you said 3 hrs....someone said 45mins

someone also said 35mins from new semenyih to mid valley.....

when someone said want to find property NEAR KUL, I would take it as within 5kms radious off KUL CBD, not 30 to 50kms away.

when I went to the thread of kuala langat, puncak alam, Ijok, Semenyih, beranang, Sepang commented on the driving distance, they all said not everyone works in KUL cbd.

Now there is one guy here works in KUL and looking for place to stay in one of these places. How ironic.

3 hrs a day, as in 90 minutes per way? 45 minutes puncak alam-KL is best-case, clear traffic speeding journey. Distance per-trip is over 50km. Your hair will turn grey before you even know it lulz.

5km radius to KL CBD would be your Titiwangsa, Setapak, Setiawangsa, going down to Maluri, then Bangsar, Taman Desa, going up to Bukit Damansara, DSH, to Sentul Selatan

If I am you... I will definitely choose those location easy access to MRT/ LRT not KTM.... KTM is way slower than you imagine although minister of transport encourage people to take KTM too..... Monorail dont take too.... damn slow and less frequency....

I will suggest Bangi landed property ..... Bangi is a place where i find it is good for own stay and easy access to Kajang... Putrajaya/Cyberjaya.... Serdang....

There is also near to MRT 2 at taman equine area.... or serdang....

If you are malay... Bangi is your shopping heaven... I just newly discovered it is crowded with malays during weekend shopping

There are however some very nice places within KL that is at that price.

yes not so new.... but still have unsold units.... bangi is big.... bandar baru bangi is quite full actually.. but another side of bangi which is nearby bandar bukit mahkota also developing alot...
