Household 2 storey house below 700k nearby kl?, Any recommendations for 2 story House

Hi all,
Is there any recommended new 2 storey house below 700k that is near to kl? Currently work at area around klcc, I don't mind to stay far abit eg Kajang, semenyih etc. But would like to know what would be the best choice if I have a budget of 700k? Thanks in advance

Kajang or Rawang for new projects. Else u can also target subsales for old properties.

Stay & travel daily basis... Earlier days ok.. later on u feel tired... Feels regret why u buy so far from work place...

Seremban two is close to the highways to North and to South Malacca. Besides, seremban is the state capital of n9 too so expect good amenities. Pm contact ?

New : Serenia, Elmina and if you prefer something more closer to nature Kuala Kubu Bharu, RM500k will get you a brand new 22x85 DSL and you can get to KL Sentral by KTM Kommuter within an hour or by car in under 1.5hrs to KLCC on a Monday morning via Serendah, Selayang and then Jalan Kuching. Lower cost of living too as you can still find a rice, chicken and drink meal for RM4.

I think cheras area old house (some 10-30 year old house) u could get for less than rm 700k
Bandar sungai long, mahkota cheras, balakong area. Kajang easily.. Even places like sungaibuloh
Semenyih seremban sendayan cyberjaya is much further.

Thanks in advance Ask urself can u stretch ur budget? Becos subsale 700k u prepare to fork up mot, lauyar fee and lauyar bank fee all those easliy need to add in another 30-50k. Not to factor in differential sum of 10% which is 70k Be prepared if lu mau subsale

RM700K can find many subsale from cheras to kajang
|
