Hi all,
Is there any recommended new 2 storey house below 700k that is near to kl? Currently work at area around klcc, I don't mind to stay far abit eg Kajang, semenyih etc. But would like to know what would be the best choice if I have a budget of 700k? Thanks in advance |

Kajang or Rawang for new projects. Else u can also target subsales for old properties.

Seremban two is close to the highways to North and to South Malacca. Besides, seremban is the state capital of n9 too so expect good amenities. Pm contact ? |

Thanks in advance New : Serenia, Elmina and if you prefer something more closer to nature Kuala Kubu Bharu, RM500k will get you a brand new 22x85 DSL and you can get to KL Sentral by KTM Kommuter within an hour or by car in under 1.5hrs to KLCC on a Monday morning via Serendah, Selayang and then Jalan Kuching. Lower cost of living too as you can still find a rice, chicken and drink meal for RM4. |

I think cheras area old house (some 10-30 year old house) u could get for less than rm 700k
Bandar sungai long, mahkota cheras, balakong area. Kajang easily.. Even places like sungaibuloh Semenyih seremban sendayan cyberjaya is much further. |
