Hi all, I am currently looking for condo that is RM500k or below for own stay.
My requirement is as below:
1. Low density
2. Near to Cheras
3. Near to MRT station if possible
Is there any properties recommend?

Plenty of choices in Cheras be it completed, newly completed or still underconstruction property.

If you're okay with subsales, Bandar Sri Permaisuri got plenty. Bayu Tasik 1 and 2, Suasana Lumayan, Vista Amani, newly built holmes and upcoming holmes 2
Lido Residence or J Dupion is more luxurious one, but for the budget better find lelong unit. |
