Yes Zoom 4G LTE Modem, No internet connection.

Tried resetting the modem, reaching to the customer service, reconnect but nothing works. I factory reset the modem. I connect to the wifi but nothing changes. Still no internet. Tried login into Zoom (192.168.1.1), when I enter my password and it gives me v {"error":"timeout"} The LED indicator on the modem : PWR : static red 4G LTE : no light Wi-Fi : static green Lan 1 & Lan 2 : no light Please help me. Customer service so freaking slow. Not helping at all. The system just sucks. Tries contacting the hotline, the system said the IC number is wrong. What the hell?
