swap win10 boot drive, pc upgrade

hi, i'm planning to upgrade my PC, from AMD athlon 3, to Ryzen. so there will be a lot of part changed/upgraded.
my concern is the current win10 boot drive in old pc, can it simply be swapped to the new PC? or do i need to note the win10 serial number and then reinstalling on the new PC? |
