My current honda city are using Bridgestone Ecopia EP300 started to worn down and the wet grip were terrible when driving in the rain even light drizzle even when is brand new at that time.
Some of my friend recommended me on continental UC6 but they aren't the user of the tyre of it so i wanna get some opinion or 2cent from you guys.

This tyre was in my list, but it's just too expensive.

Not much reviews on the internet too.

I never cared for locally developed Continental models. I think they are all crap. MC5, MC6, CC5, CC6 & UC6 all local developed. Continental Malaysia never bring in the good European stuff like CPC5, CPC6, Ecocontact 5, Ecocontact 6 and so on.

Had a very bad experience with CC5 and MC5 before so never again.

Now I just stick Korean brands. Hankook, Nexen/Roadstone & Kumho. Better value for money.

For Honda City, Bridgestone Ecopia EP300 should be good.

What is the price for UC 6 now??

Newer mc6 much more improve and get very positive review over mc5. I keen to try this once my ps4 gone bald. What to do, cpc6 not sell here.

Conti uc6 is above cc6, cc6 is eco tyre which equivalent to ecopia ep300.

So definitely, uc6 is superior.

Another tyre u can try is goodyear assurance triple max 2 and michelin xm2 plus.

Both very new in the market same like uc6 and equally good.

And both got city size.

Installed 215/65R16 UC6 for 370/pcs. noticed that it dont have "tyre nibs" is it ok?

those "rubber hairs" indicate that the tyre is still new.
What is the date of manufacture on your tire?
I suspect your tires are second hand.

some new tyre dont have the tyre nibs
check the manufacturing date.if it is new then its ok..but price is a bit expensive.u can get michelin at cheaper price than yours.

Korean also only Hankook is decent, the rest are not so good.

1819 is quite new.
Don't worry about it.
Maybe Michelin has adopted new technology to minimize/eliminate the rubber hair byproduct. I don't know.

The only good tyre conti malaysia have is CPC2.
Others seem all crap.
Hope they bring in CPC5,CPC6,CSC,CONTI ECO.

Just changed my CRV tyres from Dunlop PT3 to Conti UC6 SUV. Not much difference in noise at low speed but slightly quieter at mid speed. Comfort has improved across speeds because you can feel they are fresh tyres and compound is softer. Cornering has also been smoothed out, less sudden lean. Overall happy with the improved comfort as that was what I was looking for my CRV.
