If you live in poor people housing area, u will learn that the poors tend to have terrible mentality / bodoh
They threw trash everywhere, behaving like monkeys, never took care of public properties

If you live in rich people housing area, you won't see this problem because they tend to have different kind of mentality

This is not about pembersih or pengotor, it's about how they react to something not theirs, the public environment for instance
You have met enough peoples but you clearly haven't observed enough characteristics and behaviors in general
