Yes agree. Plz change it to Mrt or lrt line. That could be more useful than highways. We alrdy have LDP to do the work.

Arh that’s their latest deadline for VP. If later, gotta pay LAD.

Initial completion should be around Feb 2024 before the COVID extension.

From the info I have, most of the condo in Section 13 rental wise are doing quite well. Mainly targeting UM student especially Ryan and Miho due to the proximity to bus stop straight to UM.

In term of new development, quite less supply as compared to other areas like SJ, Cheras, Puchong etc.

Products offered are also quite diversified, small unit like the mate 200++ sf up to stellar 2k sf units. So in term of plenty of supply need to be further categorised by no of room, size etc.

But yes agree with you plenty of choices to choose from due to the variety of layout and size.

It looks completed since March 2024. Maybe CCC still pending ?
