First knife get a 7 inch.. I have plenty unused ones haha. The vivo is still in the box, the ikea knife as well.. Im still using zebra chopper and a Swiss made for my 6 inch knife aka chef knife.

Do u use them to dice onion or fruits as well?

Oh yes Victorinox, I've been using that for more than 10 years together with its pairing knife.. Mine is wooden handle though.

Shit i have a thing for kitchen knife.. Nearly bought a 23k yen kitchen knife when i was in japan.. Wife was holding me back!
