My new colleague is from Thai, and the company is doing Employment pass for him, but not approved by Immigration yet.
July 16, 2019 will be his due for previous employment pass.

Question is can he continue to stay at Malaysia for certain grey period? or needed to fly back to Thailand before July 16, 2019?
