U need to make it premium. Nowadays ppl are very willing to spend if its hype or premium.
Example, snickers and clothes. Any brand x brand , as long as its premium, will have buyers and scalpers.
Another example, hai di lao, and bubble tea.
Make it rm5 per hour, with top of the class gaming chairs and equipment. Build partiton rooms for 5 v 5, for tourneys. Have maids walking around with drinks or food for sale.

QUOTE(miqa @ Jul 9 2019, 01:37 PM) Walaowei.. Ayam not at that level yet Then u wanna do for lower end market? Rm2 per hour those cc i think can survive if right location.. but cannot make much money kot. Rm2 x 10 hour , maybe each pc giv u rm20-30 a day. U count see how long u take for ROI lo Then food n drinks profit can cover rental
