The mentality here is trash. So no longer profitable.

You try open a concept same to S.Korea and see, where a CC is actually a respectable place. Confirm within 3 months everything starts to become like shit, unsanitary and idiots loitering all over the place.

Yes, that's exactly what I'm saying. These kinda CCs will not work here. The mentality here are just filled with back-watered fucktards. Beds? Gyms? Shower rooms? Actual food cafe? How the hell are workers going to keep them clean all the time when the people using it have near zero understanding of how civilization works?

I mean, something as simple as enforcing people to stop smoking at no-smoking areas is like the harder than reaching the moon, yet to expect these same asshats to keep clean in a CC like this? Yeah, no.
