Fixed line hsbb like Unifi or Maxis fibre might be better for you.
If you don't have coverage then maybe can consider Digi Infinite 150 for it's unlimited tethering data (but FUP at 1TB) then combo with Huawei B618 LTE router.
Here to buy

If your budget is low than you could consider U Mobile GX50, RM50 per month unlimited data with 5GB hotspot data, but speed is capped at 5Mbps.
But TS you mentioned your work needs good network (web design, upload). When your income is depend on the network quality, speed and data quota, do you really want to go cheap?

velton If you have a relatively new mobile phone (which can support TDD LTE), go for Yes 4G, and go for Yes Konfem.

Because now currently Yes is not that popular so less subscribers means less congestion so at least speed is more guaranteed.

Pay a bit more than UMobile. Less swearing at the of the day.

So far I've tried maxis oneprime the best.... unlimited mobile data and fibre broadband, speed the best but definitely not suit your budget
My secondary line GX30 line is shit......wanna play online casino also susah, can watch YouTube , download and upload don't even mentioned good for Whatsapp and WeChat
