My wife is using one from Mr. DIY to store expressed milk for my infant. No fridge in her office.
3 ice packs inside, still cold from 8am-8pm. Otherwise the milk will go bad.
For all we know, these are all OEM products made in the same factory...

I use cooler box a lot. Due to outdoor activity. Have several cooler box but all is coleman.

How long can it keep the cool inside is depend on

1) the surrounding environment. If the environment is hot, it will shorten the cooling inside. If put in the office and aircon environment, of course, it can last longer.

2) How often you open/close the cooler. Once open the cooler lid, cool air will escape. More often open, faster the ice melt.

3) How you pack the ice, food, and size of the cooler will also determine the longer cooling.

Get the cooling box that is tested or guarantee to cool for a period of time.

Unless you want cheap then go for China nonbrand. Test and judge yourself.

Mine is the smaller one that cost around RM30. A branded one of similar size cost RM120.
Depends on what you intend to use it for. Like Ozak mentioned, the environment will affect the length of coolness.
But for me, the Mr. DIY ones are good enough. Of course the branded ones might be better but the price difference does not justify the marginal difference in quality.

If you looking for a quality and performance cooler, of course US brand is top. But come with the price.

If simply just want an everyday 8hr cool only, any cooler, china wan will do.
