anyone knows of any clinic (not hospital) which has ultrasound treatment for injuries,, such as knee injury?

hmm but ultrasound for pain therapy is not strongly supported by the scientific evidence.

What sort of injury do you have? Ultrasonic treatments like these are elective treatments and have not been proven to work scientifically.
