Accenture vs UOB, which one better?

I got an offer from accenture to provide account outsourcing service to its client and I also got an offer from UOB for cost management executive.Which one is better?Salary wise,both companies offer about the same amount..

From friends mouth, Accenture has one of the worst work life balance. Not so sure about UOB, non-front line/sales stuff should be fine i guess.

UOB has pretty good benefits n work life balance. But it's very cinis bank.

Definitely UOB. The benefit is good. Higher annual leave, better medical coverage and others. I would choose UOB. |
