Any one have problem adding or removing credit card from PrestoPay?

Just got answer from Presto.. seems their system was having problem.

It worked for me yesterday, and I already redeemed $10 max, but still not able to find any $5 bunny.

Credit cannot withdraw. You only can spend it.

I sapu $30 gift card on 2 transactions, and hope for 30% boost rebate which at $9 per transaction.

Nothing in TnC saying got limit on daily cashback redeemable. It only have limit cap per ID inside TnC.

Digi payment reappeared, but too bad. I already paid it via Shopee with voucher.

As my last week status at Penang Petronas.
Petronas Bandar Perda, previously accept, now they rejected. (giving reason system maintenance and no longer accept until further notice).
Near Icon City, accepted but putting new rules (where I needs give personal details in order to use it).

Lazada and Shopee can withdraw for those credit returned from other ewallet.
However, Prestomall credit does not allow to withdraw and you money will stuck there.
Furthermore, there is an expire date on the PrestoMall credit (if not mistaken 1 year validity only).

*Note: do not confuse PrestoPay credit vs PrestoMall credit. Is 2 different credit.

Why don't you call Mesra and complain.
They should able to help you.
