angel&demon, 5025 Thanks. But now have another problem. I followed 5025  post here and copy the verification code and pasted it to presto pay--account--reward code. Have waited for more than 30 minutes but have not received any notification on successful redemption. Nothing in my inbox. Tried to repeat the copy and paste action but it says I've reached redemption limit.

However, I did see in my prestopay  page, there is credit of $30. But how do I go about using it the credit? I tried to go to my account--prestomall--cart. Is it when I order something, the price will automatically reduce by $30?
[FYI, I tried to test order something, but everytime when I put into cart and try to buy it, it says one of the item is not available. I only try to buy 1 item each time (tried with various items and still this problem persist. Sigh!)]

I think someone--is it Soon Wai??? mentioned can get presto credit after purchasing something right? Can't recall his explanation though.
