Anything worth buying atm? Need to clear my credit  sad.gif

TBH dunno what else to buy. I bought 5 of those Topmore 240GB SSDs. Using them to revive 3 old laptops.
RM139 less RM40 (Big points) each. Total: RM495
Used Presto credits bought at various prices RM88, RM92, etc.

Think of getting 1 too, my laptop 7yr old. Do I need to check whether interface is compatible?
*
Should be no problem. Your laptop SATA right? So far I installed into a Lenovo G400s, 3rd gen i3, about 7 yrs old too. Also an Asus X452L and a HP G4 (even older, 2nd gen i3).

Buy Shell eV instead of Petronas eV.
I haven't tried, but should be allowed to use PrestoPay credit (topup via Presto Giftcard). At your own risk.

Thanks, finally I can use my RM400 Prestomall (not Prestopay) credits which was stuck after a refund and expiring in 4 months.

Lazada refund to wallet also got expiry bro...1 year iinm.
if u dont withdraw or use it will expire. but should be able to reinstate if u plead them.

Presto i duno ler they very the CB one
*
Lazada, close both eyes, also can spend all the money. Prestomall hmm...

Also Lazada if pay with TnG, refund back to TnG. Prestomall, pay with Grab, kena cancel, must refund to Prestomall credit with added bonus of 1 year validity. Makes your money worth more, I guess.

lazada refund to wallet can withdraw.

presto refund cannot withdraw. the fact is the money should be refunded to where it came from, or at least withdrawable. it's just a small amount of money but i'm not sure if bnm is aware that they are doing such a thing. for example i topup tng ewallet or grabpay, there is no reason for the credit to expire because it is sort of cash. but what presto is doing is converting these money to another account that can expire.
*
Yeah, Prestomall very bad. Buy with eWallet like Grab, must refund to Prestomall credit with expiry. Prestomall credit cannot withdraw. I checked their TnC, if close account also Prestomall credit forfeited.

Previously can buy Petronas eVoucher or prepaid, I'm ok with that. Then those sellers also abandoned Prestomall. Still got Nestle and a few other sellers. One by one all gone. For me the only seller left, that isn't overly overpriced, is BigBox Asia.

Thats why Presto is CB and still owes me money
*
Yah, I still have RM40 left in Prestopay and RM400 in Prestomall. Even with recent Grab rebate promo, I didn't topup anymore. Just want to quick quick finish the money and delete the app.

!@#$%^ A little tip for Prestomall, just buy from those sellers listed on the first page. 99% of the other sellers are gg. You see some cheap item is probably because it was listed a few years ago and the seller has abandoned the shop. Guaranteed refund.

3-4 years ago, I've had a seller PM me to say that they can't fulfil my order cos they dun want to ship out cos they were owed money. Paid with Boost and refunded to Prestomall credit. Sorry, it was still 11street back then but same story refund with expiry. Lucky still got one other seller back then for the calculator that I was buying.

this peeked my interest. but i realized my money in presto is already gone/expired. apparently if u make purchase the money comes from prestopay, but refunded money goes to prestomall which has expiry.

already lodged a complain with CS, and see how it goes. this is the first time i hear money from e-wallet can expire.

This is the reply I got from their CS a few months ago.

Suddenly see so many posts in this quiet thread, jolted me that i still have some credits in this long forgotten emall. Will my credit expires too since my last transaction was 1 year ago? Totally forgotten how to use the app as it seems different.

Prestopay credits should be OK. I believe there's no expiry. Not 100% sure though. It's Prestomall credits that came from a refund of a cancelled order that has an expiry of 1 year.
