and the onhold is still not clear off yet

Start to notice on hold status does not clear even after 10 WD. I chat with support it will take another 5 to 7 working days to clear once money is in the account. This is super crazy.

dont see any benefit to use Presto anymore other than during Boost Day where got additional cashback when pay with Boost

anyone doing withdrawal still? have they change the game of the rule?
I know last time cant top up via credit card but now seems it is back.
I did not check presto for awhile so hoping if someone who still actively doing withdrawal could just help to update here the new rules

How you come up with 0.43%? Still can withdraw 1.5k and charge rm2 or they change the rules? Can share more? Their faq is quite useless

when i do spending i only spend via PrestoMall but pay with Grab / Boost

will write to Bank Negara if they say they going to hold my RM500 but for now they totally ignore me without responding to me after my reply to them

anyway just avoid withdrawing for now and i dont want you to end up like my current situation

Good and bad news
Good news - finally got my Rm500 back into my bank account
Bad news - my account will continue to be suspended as they deem my act of withdrawal is serious offence.

Next step: I am not sure should I go report to bank negara or should I just totally ignore PrestoPay and move on? Just don't get it look at bigpay look at boost all can withdraw
