I don't see how anyone other than the eWallet app developers can answer this kind of question. We as users might have subjective experience with different eWallets & this will end up giving you an inconclusive answer & this defeats the point of such a thread.

You could have posted the same inquiry in each eWallet threads & everyone will have different bad experience to chime in.

As long as that particular eWallet provides you an avenue to escalate any fraudulent transactions, you should be good to go. How well they handle your reports is another question altogether.

You don't have to register a dupe just for this. We know which eWallet you are trying to promote. it's obvious

All ewallet is safe. But if your phone is rooted or infected by trojan or malware. Then any ewallet will gg. And somemore put hard to hack password and not abc123 type.

in Thailand....
"Devices with obsolete operating systems that are rooted and jailbroken will not be able to access mobile banking services because they are a high security risk," said Siritida Panomwon Na Ayudhya, assistant governor for payment systems policy and financial technology at the Bank of Thailand. "For example, these devices will be prohibited from accessing some financial transactions or features on mobile banking apps."

The outdated operating systems for iOS are version 8 and below, while for Android they are version 4 and below.

Do we have this problem/issue/solution in Malaysia?

Maybe Kenanga Investment Bank, which acquired Sarawak Securities Sdn Bhd long time ago. Kenanga IB's largest shareholder is CMS Sarawak.
