nothing wrong with 99% srgb

Even if it support DCI-P3 then it says 90% DCI-P3 which translate to 99% sRGB

People easily tricked nowadays.
*
no, 90% DCI-P3 is around 120% srgb.
for non color critical work, it is very nice to have vivid image. last time ifag huhah saying IPS display better because color is accurate, but after apple made dci-p3 going mainstream, terus krik krik

in lazada Q&A says this is an IPS panel. So cheap for so good spec monitor. Maybe someone can risk his money to be a white mouse tester XD

probably they are buying low grade lcd panel (with some defect like dead pixel and bad luminance uniformity) and make monitor out of it.
buy at your own risk.

DCI-P3 only suitable for movie works.
Many works are still done in sRGB , and adobe RGB for photos and printing.

I switch to DCI-P3 color mode on my UP2516D also pointless if I am just doing normal stuff, the color is way off.

guessing is those off the shelf parts in china factories, armageddon will just stick their branding on it. Frequently seen their mouse shell design being used by other off brands as well.
As for quality wise is kinda like a gamble, some friends used them for years without issues while some don't even last half a year (take into mind different individual use cases too btw)
this monitor might be the same too a 50/50 gamble

thats why i said non-color critical work, but then again you could could make your whole workflow to support dci-p3, unless web design la or delivering your work to customers that use srgb monitor.

im going to bet that most people that have bought 'consumer' dci-p3 color gamut monitor are hardly use srgb mode because it made color looks duller.
