Extension of land lease in Selangor

Hi guys - wanted to check if any of you have gone through the process of extending your lease on property in Selangor? Read an article which details the process of lease extension and that the process could be pretty tedious and could take approx up to 2 yrs.
Would like to hear your experience...and if the process is too long, may want to get a lawyer to assist (let me know if any recommendations too) . Thanks! |
