went to COE last month and booked Habitus, not very dense project.
Checked with sales consultant, the high tension not that close though, about 150 feet and can't see from the unit. And is not those plyon tower, should be fine *wink wink |

yeah Habitus is quite a nice project if budget 300 to 400k. proximity to DASH highway,15 mins to LDP after DASH is completed 2020 or 2021.
The only cons is the pylon tower but the studio and 1+1 rooms are further from it and facing City of Elmina. |
