Is the best bang for bucks option for acceptable frame rates for 4K resolution around 40-60Fps for affordable price.

at least nvidia did rebranding correctly, rtx2060 super and rtx2070 super are just supercharged version of rtx2060 and rtx2070. not a new generation card.
