My OP2 screen shattered and it is not responsive to touches. Is there a way I can transfer the files inside? Plugging USB cable doesnt help because it is in charge mode. Does OTG cable work?

You'll need to enable OTG on your device, which includes going into the settings in your phone. But since your touchscreen is no more responsive.....

The other would be to access your phone storage through usb plug in to the computer. Unless you have preset USB connection for file transfer, then you would need to enable from your phone too.
thankyou

I had this problem too yesterday. On my 7Tpro with Maxis. Same as u, i did turn on/off airplane mode then all back to normal

Technically you're connected to the network however, the HLR (DB) marked you as "offline" so you can't receive any calls/sms as your location is unknown to HLR.

The only way is to reattach to the network i.e. restart phone or airplane mode.

This can happen to any phone so it's not OnePlus specific.

How to know I'm "offline"? So its a network operator problem?

Last time also came with screen warranty if not mistaken, this time yeah, additional earphones which cost rm100++, so still better than last month’s deal.

Well if 128GB and 6GB is enough for you then go for it since it comes with the additional Oneplus bullets earphones. If its the wireless model, it costs RM2XX.
