While I agree that more units means less dividend per unit, I think the reason is because PNB cannot maintain the high investment return with additional funds, ie the return is not scalable. Simple math. Denominator getting bigger ... average per unit smaller
Unless PNB did not do anything with the additional funds, then yes denominator getting bigger and return stays the same.
