I've got a newbie question here what is the difference between purchasing OTC and doing online transaction example I'm buying ASN Sara since OTC charge higher maybe let's say 4% and if I do it online only at 1.8% then why still go OTC to buy? Do I miss something or izit OTC more easy to get the units need advice thnaks ya.
