I think transfer function is not nice for everyone. It is risky if tac(phone) being hacked. Just like bank account.

My suggestion is they should let anyone want to use transfer function need to activate it before use.

Yes, phone stolen, myasnb login password also stolen something like this...
(this is why u will often see news like some people bank saving acc being hacked)

Coz old person like my father don't like online service,
He want keep asm for very long time.
If got transfer function, like open a back door behind.

Not everyone need transfer function.
I think asnb should consider this.
